Chilled Studio Vibes provides an AI-powered creative studio that allows users to create videos, images, advertisements, and other media through natural language prompts and AI generation.

• AI-powered ad creation with voiceover
• AI website generation

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password:

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must provide accurate and current information
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Payment and Subscriptions

Subscription terms and conditions:

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are provided for the first 7 days (trial period)
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Token credits do not expire

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Chilled Studio Vibes to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive

6. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you create using Chilled Studio Vibes. We do not claim ownership of your videos, images, or other content. However, you grant us a license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

7. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content is provided as-is. While we strive for accuracy and quality, you are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before publishing. We are not liable for any errors, inaccuracies, or issues with AI-generated content.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

Chilled Studio Vibes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, you will lose access to your content and data, though we will provide a reasonable grace period for data export.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
